According to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) there are 16 million 600 thousand Peruvians with food insecurity. Therefore, families are concerned about finding better quality food for their daily consumption.

“Frozen fish products are a safe and quality alternative because they are taken to the processing plants to be frozen, which preserves the nutritional properties of the food practically intact; In addition, oxidation, growth and development of bacteria are avoided”, explains Gino Toscanelli, head of the fishing line in Manuchar Peru.
