Al Khobar, February 7th, 2024 – Manuchar, a leading global distributor of chemicals with headquarters in Antwerp, Belgium and Kanoo, a diversified business conglomerate with a strong presence in the Middle East region, have established a new joint venture in Saudi Arabia under the name of Kanoo Manuchar.
The joint venture is part of Manuchar’s strategic plan to expand its chemical distribution business into new geographies and leverage its global sourcing and logistics capabilities. Kanoo Manuchar will benefit from the local market knowledge and network of Kanoo, which has been operating in the region for over 125 years.
