The job

Therefore, as a Service Desk Agent you will be supporting end users and act as an escalation point for other service agents around the world, so it's a great opportunity to get to know the whole company in a short amount of time.
Other main responsibilities are:
- Maintaining the life cycle of end user devices and creating user accounts
- Handling incidents, requests and problems on client, server and network
- Supporting infrastructure and custom software
- Updating the worklog of the tickets
- Preparing and maintaining (end user) documentation
- Asset tracking and management
Your profile
- You have relevant experience as a Service Desk Agent (medior/senior).
- You have a sound knowledge of:
- Windows 10 & 11 and Mac (in enterprises)
- Office/Microsoft 365 (Outlook/Exchange, Word, Excel, OneDrive, etc)
- Teams (including telephony)
- Sharepoint
- Automatization via Autopilot and IntuneManaging accounts in Active Directory
- Azure Active Directory ticket handling
- You are familiar with Windows servers, SQL, Azure, VMWare/ScriptingCisco, Palo Alto and Meraki
- You are communicative and able to build good internal and external relationships
- You feel comfortable working in a fast paced environment and are able to set priorities
- You are hands-on, eager to learn and have a positive attitude
- You are punctual and can work in a structured way
- You are fluent in English and Dutch, knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
