Your mission

A digital first & customer value approach in various ideation sessions resulted in a Digital Transformation Roadmap for the upcoming years. Do you want to be a crucial part of our journey and contribute to the realization of this roadmap?

As a Java Developer you will handle backend development (Spring, Java) in our Custom Developments team. You will work on business-critical applications that allow Manuchar to grow and further digitize and optimize in its ways of working.

What do you need to be successful in your mission?

• Relevant senior experience in backend development (Java 21, Spring).
• Following the Manuchar high quality of code standards
• Investigating and solving technical back-end questions.
• Be part of architectural discussions regarding our tech stack.
• You have strong communication skills and are successful in building good relations.
• You are proactive, adaptive and think in terms of solutions instead of problems.
• You work in an organized and structured way.
• Knowledge of DevOps and/or REACT is a plus.
• You are fluent in English, knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
