Respect for Human Rights
We protect and promote human rights, especially those of our employees, business partners and communities. We avoid human rights violations and do not work with partners who violate human rights.
No Child Labor
We don’t allow any form of child labour and we expect our business partners to adhere to the applicable minimum working age requirements. This also implies that we must avoid buying products that could be produced by child labour.
No Harassment
We respect each other and do not tolerate any form of harassment. Harassment can be physical or mental, like bullying. The “harasser” might not be aware of the impact of its actions or even consider them innocent.
Equal Opportunity and Diversity
We treat everyone fairly and equally and do not allow any form of discrimination. We do, for instance, apply transparent and objective criteria in our hiring process and for decisions on salary and promotion.
Land Rights of Communities
We protect and promote land rights of communities, including indigenous people. When undertaking building projects, we perform proper screening to avoid unfair or illegal land taking.
