Laurent Pasqualini appointed as new Chief Executive Officer of the Manuchar Group
Manuchar is pleased to announce the appointment of Laurent Pasqualini as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective second half of February 2025.
Laurent succeeds Philippe Huybrechs, who will step down as CEO after an exceptional 40-year tenure. Philippe will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Group, ensuring a smooth transition and continued leadership support for the company.
Laurent brings extensive experience in the chemical distribution industry, having most recently served as the CEO of Caldic Europe, a leading player in the speciality chemicals sector. His proven track record in driving business growth, commercial excellence, and strategic development makes him the ideal leader to guide Manuchar into its next phase of growth.
Philippe Huybrechs, who has led Manuchar for four decades, has been instrumental in shaping the company into a global leader in chemical distribution. Under his leadership, Manuchar achieved significant milestones, expanding its operations and enhancing its reputation across international markets. Philippe will continue his valuable contribution to the company in his new role as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
