This year, the theme was exponential growth through cultural transformation and high-performance teams, and we once again relied on the super partnership of Escola do Caos and Fundação Dom Cabral to bring important content on the subject.

Our management team participated in activities related to the development of strategies in order to receive the necessary tools to plan our future, focusing on accelerating our results through the preparation and improvement of our team to execute our business with excellence.

The managers of the Business Offices and Distribution Centers, BackOffice, Directors and Presidency were present.

In addition to the Manuchar team, this year we had the presence of the leadership team of Cosmoquimica and Cosmolog with the objective of integrating and increasing synergy, sharing the Group's strategies so that everyone can work together towards achieving the stipulated goals and results. 

We concluded the program with the participation of consultant Delaise Pimentel, talking about cultural change and presenting the behaviors, environments and attitudes necessary for a high-performance team, along with its advantages for the business.

With another challenging year ahead, our team is increasingly prepared to lead the company to another successful year!
