What should I do if I want to apply to Manuchar Peru?

INTERVIEWS & ASSESSMENT
The purpose of an interview is to get to know each other better. When your profile matches the open position you applied for, you will be invited to an exploratory virtual interview. We'll talk about your background, your experience, your aspirations and your ambitions and give you some insights into ours.
In addition to the virtual interview, you will be required to take one or more of our online assessments. These help us to determine and understand your potential for success regarding skills and abilities that generally do not emerge from interviews.
