Operational Process / Certification Responsible

The Job

As the Operational Process/Certification Responsible, you will play a crucial role within the Quality department in developing polices on supply chain and logistics processes, driving compliance and certification activity, generating SOP’s, identifying best practices and supporting the Global Quality Manager in risk monitoring and tracking.

Your main tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Generation of Policies and Standard operating procedures on supply chain, logistics processes and operational activity.
  • Identifying best practices and improvement options including corrective actions that result from external compliance audits.
  • Instigating ISO Certification (ISO QMS9001-2015) in Antwerp HQ and across our network of affiliated companies.
  • Collaborating with the ESG responsible on these process aspects & measurements.
  • Reporting to the Global Quality Manager on risk monitoring and tracking.

Your Profile

  • Someone with a passion about supply chain processes & logistics operations.
  • Affinity with translating policies and SOP’s in a clear, structured way.
  • ISO certification experience (QMS-9001, Enviro-14001, OHS-45001).
  • You have at least 5 years ISO certification experience with focus on introducing certifications with a background in logistics/process design.
  • You can deep dive into process controls and generate the documentation needed.
  • You are self-managed and can interact with a variety of teams (e.g. IT, Finance, Commercial and with local teams based in developing countries).
  • You have an eye for detail, you are results oriented and deliver projects on time.
  • You are fluent in English, and a knowledge of Spanish is a big plus to connect with our LATAM affiliates.
  • You are willing to travel to all continents to deliver on results.
