Business development and sales support Europe and Canada

The Job

Your tasks will mainly consist of 2 aspects

  • Business development (Canada & Europe)
    • You are responsible for defining a roadmap whilst focussing on opportunities related to our core and adjacent business by performing a thorough market analysis.
    • You are responsible for developing a prospection strategy (cold calling) whilst aiming to increase the effectiveness of sales.
    • You coordinate the business development process in close cooperation with senior management and assist the team in the further strategic expansion of the market.
    • You understand the market activities in order to continuously update the business.
  • Sales Support (Canada)
    • You are responsible for handling the requests, preparing offers, and follow up quotations till closing the deal. The orders will be handled by our backoffice, but you supervise the file process from a sales perspective and solve problems smoothly where necessary.

Your profile

  • You are fluent in English, Dutch and/or French.
  • You have commercial drive and your ambition is to set up a solid commercial support.
  • You are an organized individual with a talent for administration and problem-solving. Colleagues appreciate your sense of initiative, flexibility and teamwork.
  • You are stress resistant and punctual.
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • You have an analytical mindset, with the ability to report in a clear and structured way.
