Regional Admin Support

Are you ready for a challenging role in an international company?
As a Regional Admin Coordinator, you have a generalist role. You are the point of contact for all administrative/financial/legal tasks in the team and report to the regional finance/admin manager.

The job

  • You take up a wide range of administrative tasks and hereby support our back office and commercial team.
  • You organize and coordinate in different domains like legal, credit control, insurance, finance,..
    You assist in the preparation of the annual budget and monitor the budget performance within the team.
  • You assist the RFAM with the administrative/financial and legal coordination and follow up with our affiliates.
  • You assist with the preparation of meeting documentation, including editing and formatting documents, and preparation of minutes after the meeting.
  • You manage logistical arrangements (internal and external).

Your profile

Successful candidates for this role will ideally have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or any other administrative/financial area.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in administration, acc. Having worked in an international setting and/or financial environment is a plus.
  • Strong IT skills (excel, word, powerpoint, …)
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish Knowledge of Dutch or any other language is a plus.
  • Hands-on mentality and ability to multitask.
  • You manage and enjoy working with deadlines.
  • You live in the region of our headquarters in Antwerp.
