Internal Audit Manager

The Job

In our continuous efforts to further strengthen our organization we have kicked off a “Minimum Internal Controls Requirements” project a few months ago together with Deloitte. Some of you were already involved to a great extent. The objective of this project is to identify and evaluate all the risks to which we are exposed as a global business and to see whether we have the right controls in place to manage these risks. In order to bring this project further and consecutively embed the outcomes in our day to day way of working we are looking for an Internal Audit Manager for the group on a permanent basis. What can you expect from this challanging job?

  • Become the owner of the business process documentation taxonomy and methodology for the group
  • Deploy a risk based Minimal Internal Control Requirements (MICR) framework for the Group
  • Develop & deploy a MICR self-assessment methodology for all business process owners
  • Present an annual internal audit plan with reference to the MICR framework and self-assessments to identify & close control gaps and/or control inefficiencies
  • Promote pro-active risk management through effective internal controls for the Group
  • You will report directly to the Audit Committee of the Group

  • You have deep understanding of the major business processes at Manuchar and current way of working
  • You have excellent communication skills with a very good knowledge of English
  • You have strong reporting skills
  • You have strong people & intercultural skills
  • You are result oriented and keep the balance between form & substance
