"I started my story at Manuchar at the age of 16, in 2000, as a apprentice. At that time, I performed banking services, delivery of documents, copies and archives, among others. I had the opportunity to work in several areas of Manuchar, such as Administrative/Financial (from 2003 to 2008), in HR (from 2008 to 2022), and since July/2022 I took over the QSSMA area. In HR, I dealt with the part of compensation and benefits, in addition to interacting a lot with the other pillars within the area. I was able to witness the entire growth of the company, because when I started we had only 5 employees and two branches, so today to see that it has grown and become such a powerfull company, is a reason to be very proud. Manuchar is a great place to work and I highly recommend it because it has people who are really engaged and concerned with achieving the best results and are always looking to offer the best to their employees, always acting with great respect and care for everyone.
