Business Development Manager for Dubai

Function Description

Joining our office in Dubai, you will take on a critical role in the business development of our Pakistan and Saudi-Arabia Division.

More specifically:

  • Being located in Dubai, you will be the central point of contact for our local agents in Pakistan and Saudi-Arabia and you will develop the sales volume in these 2 areas after de development of a business plan;
  • You identify and take advantage of new business opportunities;
  • You maintain close communication with suppliers, you monitor product price and you share market information with your colleagues worldwide;
  • You schedule appointments with end-users and potential distributors;
  • You complete sales reports;
  • You keep track of current tenders;
  • You service and maintain relationships with new and existing customers


  • You have at least 3 years experience in a commercial position and you have experience with traveling for business.
  • You followed an economic or business program with exposure to international trade and/or Supply Chain. In addition, you are proficient in Excel, PowerPoint or any CRM Program.
  • Of course, you are fluent in English. Other languages like Dutch or Arabic are a plus.
  • You definitively have a commercial mindset with strong communicative abilities enabling you to establish long-term relationships with the customers.
  • You are open to travel 40% of your time (oa.to Pakistan and Saudi-Arabia).
  • You work proactively and are enthusiastic to succeed though being extremely accurate in your approach.
  • You work independently, though not afraid to request help if necessary.
  • You are a self learner, gaining deeper interest in the products you deal in as part of completing your profile.
  • You are result driven, organized and flexible and with a talent for negotiations.
